Self Pickup
You can collect the order in person.
Once the order is ready for collection, you will receive an notification with the pickup code.
Pickup address: 59 Katznelson Street, Givatayim.
Opening hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 – 18:00
Tuesday, Friday: 8:30 – 13:00
Note: Deliveries or pickups outside of these times must be arranged in advance.
Delivery Time
Orders within the central region can be delivered within 1–3 business days.
For the north or south regions (exclude Eilat), deliveries may take up to 5 business days.
Business days do not include the day of the order, weekends, and holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the day of receipt
by coordinating with the store via phone, email, or Instagram.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours from the moment
the order was placed, as long as the order has not been shipped.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 business days in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and without any signs of wear. Any damage caused to the item during return due to inadequate packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.
